Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If failed to contact dripluxurycare@gmail.com within 24 hours of reception, you will no longer be able to receive a replacement. 


Refunds

We have a NO REFUND policy. If an item is received defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, let us know, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is misplaced or stolen, we will do our best to help, but unfortunately, that is not our issue and we would recommend contacting the delivery carrier. For future reference, it is beneficial to keep tabs on when your package will be delivered to ensure you receive it.  


European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, which may not be opened under any circumstance. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
